I have been coming to Una @ the natural health co. for over 15 years. I would, and have, recommended her to anyone who is in need of help or to have a treatment. I`ve been coming to Una since 2010 and I`ve had a range of treatments designed to suit my Wellbeing at the time. I have benefitted from Life Coaching, Facials, Foot Spa and Reflexology, Massage different techniques, Healing After Injuries. Una adapts the treatment to suit my needs.
There’s a Warm-Welcome-Nurturing-Mindful feeling in entering the Natural Health Clinic. I have been in a Dark place (grieving) and since coming to Una I have changed and feel stronger and more positive! My Mental Health has much improved and I have more of a sprint in my step. I had Reflexology, Foot spa and Reiki. During this spiritual experience I have gone from Black to White to Purple in only 4 sessions and the more I come the better I feel. It truly is a Treatment for the Soul where I can heal and be myself again.
Came to Una with a sore back – and I honestly feel the benefit. It just keeps getting better – and keeps me working too.
I am progressing I came to Una to help with my muscles and honestly she has helped me regain my self esteem – I am feeling emotionally and Physically Better without a doubt. Learning to deal with life and calm down where deeper issues wouldn’t allow me to switch off. Una is very good at reminding me of who I am and to be my best self.
